Candidates are required to have a minimum of 10 years experience in the construction / civil engineering industry and have claims experience. Areas of expertise should include extension of time claims, contractual disputes, dispute resolution etc.

Our client is a leading multi-disciplinary contractor headquartered in Doha. The company operates in many sectors including Oil & Gas, buildings and infrastructure.
They currently have a vacancy for a Project Manager with oil & gas project experience. Candidates must have experience gained in the Middle East (ideally including Qatar)
Candidate requirements
· Degree in Mechanical Engineering
· Experience of Oil & Gas projects with a value above QAR 300 million
· Extensive understanding & experience in planning & scheduling of EPC/EPIC projects
· Knowledge of multi disciplines such as Mechanical, Civil, E&I and process in Oil and Gas sector
· Good knowledge on process piping, static equipment, rotary equipment, E&I systems etc.
Negotiable salary depending on experience.

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to successfully deliver a 5 star hotel construction project in Addis Ababa. The successful candidate must possess the knowledge, experience and confidence to engage and professionally interact with the design professionals, consultants and client while successfully directing the site team. You will work closely with the owner of the project and fulfill an integral role on the project.

A leading regional main building contractor currently has opportunities for Estimators to join their team in Riyadh. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years experience including 5 years in Saudi Arabia.

· Experience gained in KSA (minimum of 5 years)
· Experience of large scale building tenders (Residential/Commercial/High-Rise) and D&B contracts.
